How can I resubmit my domain transfer?

  • If your transfer was canceled but you have now fixed the underlying issue (e.g., unlocked the domain or got the correct Auth code), you can resubmit it :
    1. Log in to your Hostaday Dashboard.
    2. Go to your Purchase History or Domain List and find the canceled transfer.
    3. Look for the Resubmit or Try Again button.
    4. Enter the updated information if required and confirm. Usually, the funds from the failed attempt are held as a credit in your account to be reused for the resubmission.
