How to manage Jellyfish rules (Blacklist & Whitelist)

Managing rules in Jellyfish allows you to customize your filter's behavior:

  • Whitelisting: Add trusted email addresses or domains to ensure their mail is never blocked .
  • Blacklisting: Add persistent spammers to the blacklist to block them permanently.
  • Sensitivity: Adjust the filter's sensitivity level to be more or less aggressive based on your needs. These changes take effect immediately for all mailboxes under the domain .
