If you have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled on your Hostaday account , some older email clients or third-party apps may not support it directly. To stay secure:
- Log in to your Hostaday Webmail.
- Navigate to Settings > Accounts and find the Application Passwords section.
- Generate a unique password for each application (e.g., Outlook, mobile mail).
- Use this specific password instead of your main mailbox password to sign in to that app. This ensures your primary credentials remain protected.
