How to add a Google Workspace or Gmail account to Private Email using the Add Mail Account option

Hostaday's webmail (OX App Suite) allows you to manage external accounts in one place :

  1. Log in to your Hostaday Webmail.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Add Mail Account.
  3. Enter your Gmail or Google Workspace address.
  4. A Google login window will appear; authorize the application to access your emails.
  5. Once confirmed, your Google folders will appear within your Hostaday mailbox for unified management.
