To sync your Hostaday Private Email with the Windows 10 Mail app:
- Open the Mail app and click on Settings (gear icon) > Manage Accounts > Add account.
- Choose Exchange (or Office 365).
- Enter your full email address and click Next.
- Enter your password. If prompted for server details, use privateemail.com (or your assigned Hostaday mail server).
- Click Sign in and your emails, calendars, and contacts will begin to sync .
