When reinstalling an SSL certificate via cPanel, sometimes the old CA Bundle remains in the system .
- The Problem: An outdated CA Bundle can cause "Not Trusted" warnings in some browsers because the chain of trust is broken.
- The Solution: In the SSL/TLS Manager of cPanel, manually delete the old certificate and its bundle before installing the new one. Alternatively, use the Autofill by Domain feature, which usually pulls the most recent and correct CA Bundle associated with your Hostaday issued certificate .
