How to back up and restore emails in Private Email webmail

Hostaday Private Email (OX App Suite) provides built-in tools for data safety :

  • Backup: Right-click on the folder you wish to back up and select Export. You can choose to export as a .zip file containing individual .eml messages.
  • Restore: To bring emails back, click the Settings (gear icon) within webmail, navigate to Import, and upload your saved files. This ensures your professional communications are always archived and accessible .
