Managing the status of your mailboxes is simple via your Hostaday Dashboard. In the Private Email management section, you can toggle a mailbox's status between Active and Inactive. Deactivating a mailbox will stop it from sending or receiving messages but will preserve its data, which is useful for managing temporary staff or during security audits. To resume service, simply switch the status back to active.
