How to manage domains in cPanel (Addon, Subdomains, Aliases)

cPanel provides a unified interface to manage all your web addresses .

  • Addon Domains: Use this to host a completely new website on the same account (if your plan supports it).
  • Subdomains: Create prefixes like blog.yourdomain.com for specific site sections.
  • Aliases (Parked Domains): Point a different domain name to your main website. To manage these, go to the Domains section in cPanel and select the appropriate icon .
