I can't access cPanel. What should I do?

If you are unable to access your cPanel, first ensure you are using the correct login credentials sent to your email after purchase . Sometimes, local network firewalls block the default cPanel ports (2082 or 2083), so try accessing it via yourdomain.com/cpanel . If the issue persists, check the Status Updates in the Help Center to see if there is ongoing server maintenance . You can also log in directly through your Hostaday Dashboard by navigating to the Hosting List and clicking Manage.
