If you wish to cancel your Hostaday SSL certificate, you can do so through your account management tools:
- Cancellation: Go to your SSL Certificates list in the Dashboard and select the cancel option for the specific order.
- Refunds: Refund eligibility is governed by our Terms and Conditions and Checkout & Billing policies . Generally, certificates canceled within the initial grace period (e.g., the first 15-30 days) are eligible for a refund to your original payment method or as store credit.
- Payments made via Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies may have specific refund limitations.
