How to add your cPanel email account to Gmail

You can consolidate your emails by having Gmail "check" your Hostaday cPanel mail using POP3 :

  1. In Gmail, go to Settings > Accounts and Import > Check mail from other accounts.
  2. Click Add a mail account.
  3. Enter your cPanel email and choose Import emails from my other account (POP3).
  4. Username: Your full email address.
  5. POP Server: mail.yourdomain.com, Port 995, use SSL.
  6. Click Add Account. Gmail will now periodically download your cPanel emails to its inbox.
