How to change/reset password for Webuzo Enduser account

If an enduser forgets their password, it can be reset through the Admin panel.

  1. Log in to the Webuzo Admin Panel (usually on port 2004).
  2. Navigate to Users > List Users.
  3. Click the Edit icon next to the specific user.
  4. Enter the new password and click Save.
  5. Alternatively, if the user still has access, they can change it via the Enduser Panel under the "Change Password" settings .
