If a user forgets their SiteWorx password, a NodeWorx administrator can reset it easily.
- Via NodeWorx: Go to SiteWorx > Accounts, click Edit next to the target account, and enter the new password in the password field.
- Via SiteWorx: If the user has access, they can log in and navigate to Administration > Change Password to update their credentials manually. Always ensure you use a strong password to maintain account security.
