How to export DNS Zone from cPanel and import to Cloudflare

Migrating your DNS management to Cloudflare requires exporting your current records from Hostaday.

  1. Export: In cPanel, go to Zone Editor, select your domain, and click Actions > Export Zone File.
  2. Cloudflare Setup: Log in to your Cloudflare account and add your website.
  3. Import: During the setup, Cloudflare will scan your records, but you can also manually upload the exported .txt zone file to ensure all records (A, MX, CNAME) are captured correctly.
