How to create and restore backups in cPanel

Maintaining backups is a vital part of website security at Hostaday .

  • Create: Log in to your cPanel, navigate to the Files section, and click Backup or Backup Wizard. Select "Full Backup" to download a complete archive of your site.
  • Restore: To restore, use the Backup Wizard again and select the "Restore" option. Upload your previously saved backup file to overwrite current data with the saved version . We support multiple payment options for additional automated backup services, including  PayPal.
