If you are locked out of your WHMCS admin area:
- Forgot Password Link: Use the "Forgot Password" link on the admin login page to receive a reset email.
- Via Database (phpMyAdmin): If email is not working, log in to cPanel > phpMyAdmin, select the WHMCS database, go to the
tbladminstable, and edit your user record. You can paste a new MD5 or SHA256 hashed password directly into the password field.
