How to cancel WHMCS license for a hosting account

If you no longer need the billing platform for your Reseller or VPS account :

  1. Log in to your Hostaday Dashboard.
  2. Go to Subscriptions or the Hosting List.
  3. Select the WHMCS license addon.
  4. Click on Manage and choose the Cancel option.
  5. Note: Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Ensure you backup your database before the license expires.
