How to install SSL certificates on your server

Once your certificate is issued, you need to install it to enable HTTPS:

  1. Download your certificate files from your Hostaday account.
  2. Go to your hosting control panel (e.g., cPanel) and open the SSL/TLS Manager.
  3. Select Install and Manage SSL for your site.
  4. Paste the Certificate (CRT) and CA Bundle into the respective fields. The Private Key should automatically populate if you generated the CSR on the same server .
  5. Click Install Certificate. Your site should now show the padlock icon in browsers.
